UDC ART PROGRAM
ART SHOW POSTER DESIGN
I created this poster for the University of the District of Columbia's annual student art show. The design utilized a student's original piece of art as the basis. The painting was by UDC stand-out student — Jaime Sanchez, which I digitally "cut up" and altered.
In addition to fine art, the show featured work from photography and graphic students. I wanted to create typography and graphic treatments with a subtle nod to the Bauhaus design era while complimenting the imagery.
